Greetings Green members of NDG-Lachine!

The time has come once again to hold our annual general meeting (AGM). In addition to this post you should each receive an email from me very soon, with the date of the meeting. The purpose of the AGM is first, to deliver reports to you regarding our activities, last election and financial status, and second, to elect our association's executive (president, financial agent, and other positions should candidates come forward) and electoral candidate.

If you have something to say, if you would like to nominate yourself for any of these volunteer positions, you are highly encouraged to come forward as soon as possible so that your name will be included on the ballot. Needless to say, you must adhere to green values to be considered, and your party membership must be current (as of 30 days) in order to have voting rights at the AGM.

Our most urgent need is to find a replacement for our current financial agent, who has announced his resignation. Elections Canada requires us to replace him in order to maintain our legal status as an EDA.
